DeLuxe Appraisal Services is a New York-certified residential appraisal firm. We proudly serve all five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx) as well as Nassau County. After more than 12 years of teaching languages—including English as a foreign language, Hebrew as a second language, and Arabic—at Michigan State University, I embarked on a new chapter in the United States, where I discovered my passion for real estate appraisal.
Just a few months after moving to the U.S., I decided to follow this passion and began studying real estate appraisal. I started working with the Hasidic community in Brooklyn and later trained under a senior real estate appraiser with over 30 years of experience. The extensive training and required experience hours truly tested my perseverance.
After six years of working under different appraisers—an experience I am grateful for—I decided to take the leap and start my own business.
Coming from a nomadic background, where my ancestors traditionally lived in tents, I never expected that one day I would be valuing real estate across New York City’s boroughs and contributing to its diverse communities.
I am deeply grateful for the freedom and opportunities this country has given me as a woman, and I look forward to continuing to grow and serve my clients with integrity and expertise.
